My family and I travel to Istanbul twice every year. Each time we are in a different hotel, but after our stay here we found our place! The location is right on Nosantasi where it is full of restaurants and shops. There is no parking, but there is another company in front of the hotel that takes your car. Every morning we went out and when we came back to the room was clean, aired with folded clothes! The staff at the hotel is incredibly nice! They responded to our every request! They played us a Bulgarian match in the room with their lap top. On our way out we had forgotten our money and the hotel guys called us and sent it! Thanks Onur, Esat and everyone else!

One of the best boutique hotels I have experienced The service was wonderful by all staff especially Irem, Esih, Uzgur, Bujra and all the security staff and reception. It’s a cozy place with Al La Cart breakfast during the week and buffet style during the weekend is what I noticed. We got the deluxe room so it was nicely organized, bathroom was a little small and the wardrobe area is open and tight however the rest of the room was spacious enough. Room service was also decent. He area is the best in Istanbul with lots of high end stores to shop and plenty of Resturant’s and Cafes. You can walk to Taksim square in 30 minutes.

Hanaa

Safe and convenient location, a minute away from all the shops from high street ones to high end and restaurants. Especially if you prefer to walk instead of driving, this hotel is a perfect choice. I regretted going to Istiniya Park as all i needed I found in Nisantasi. I got an upgrade to a more spacious room, it was bright, clean, AC worked perfectly, it was quiet as faced the back street. Water in glass bottles was replaced every day in my room. Comfortable bed. If I had to travel by taxi, the hotel staff was always arranging it within a minute.

Absolutely everything. The staff made this stay most memorable. So kind, helpful and always happy to serve their customers. I've visited Istanbul 4 times and this by far has been the best hotel in all aspects. The staff at the door were incredibly helpful with luggage and security, and the room service staff were so clean and organised. We really appreciated coming back to the room and seeing all the effort the team had put in cleaning and organising the room. We will only return to this hotel from now on.

The location is magnificent just in the Abdi Ipekci street. The jotel entrence is small but there is a bery beautiful lobby area at the 3rd floor. The room design is very good. The staff are so nice and helpful especially Hakan who helped us a lot. We had forgotten our stuff at the safe box and checked out the hotel. We called the hotel as soon as I realised. When we arrived, Hakan was waiting for us at the hotel entrance to assist us. Everything was great there and we will stay there definitely again.
