Quick check in and check out from the professional reception staff, the terrace room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with fridge, mini bar, tea coffee kettle, and espresso machine , the bed was very comfy. The hotel location is perfect and in the middle of high brands shops, moreover it is within walking distance to many shops and city’s mall, every thing else you need you may find it within walking distance from supermarkets and pharmacies to cafes and groceries. Wifi is available in the room. Quick response from room service and fulfilling your request in a short time . Special thanks to the house keeping lady( i forget her name) for keeping our room clean and tidy daily with all the amenities and her care for the little things. A Big Thank you to Mr. Atakan for the exceptional service and for following up all our requests with professional and friendly attitude.

The property was on super location. Hotel was very clean and the service was exceptional, our room was always clean, whenever we left the room we always came in to the cleaned. the room service guy Salim was super nice and positive and did his job perfectly. Also it is impossible not to mention the doormans of the hotel, i only remember one name Esat, but all of them were super nice and professional, always wished good day and had positive vibes. I also want to mention we visited Stay Boulevard to watch football and the guy named Ertugrul was super kind and professional, he did everything to make our football watching comfortable. Will definitely visit The Stay Nisantasi again, when in Istanbul and will highly recommend to my friends. Thank You!

My family and I travel to Istanbul twice every year. Each time we are in a different hotel, but after our stay here we found our place! The location is right on Nosantasi where it is full of restaurants and shops. There is no parking, but there is another company in front of the hotel that takes your car. Every morning we went out and when we came back to the room was clean, aired with folded clothes! The staff at the hotel is incredibly nice! They responded to our every request! They played us a Bulgarian match in the room with their lap top. On our way out we had forgotten our money and the hotel guys called us and sent it! Thanks Onur, Esat and everyone else!

The service was really really beyond expectations every single staff wants to help you with a smile on their face. They will go above and beyond to make you happy. The daily house keeping team was very dedicated and always make up our room as if we just checked in.
